Cost/Benefit: Columbia's Principal Serials Cataloger will represent both Cornell and Columbia on the CONSER Operations Committee, and report back to both institutions. PCC/OCLC agreed to let us use the cost savings to fund a BIBCO Representative, at least for 2014.
