Because custom themes are created by CUL-IT, in collaboration with exhibit curators, sufficient advance notice must be provided to coordinate developer support. If you are considering a custom theme, we recommend indicating this when filling out the CUL Online Exhibition Request Form. If your exhibit request has already been approved, please reach out to help-exhibits-library@cornell.edu as soon as possible to determine if your exhibit is a good fit for custom theming.

Custom themes are contingent on exhibit acceptance by exhibits committee as well as developer availability and approval.

TODO: Should a new question be added to the request form with a link to this doc? Something to figure out early if exhibit curators want to create a theme, while also including disclaimers about how not all requests can be met.

TODO: What info is needed to create a theme - color hex codes, fonts, any graphics? what amount of design service are we able to offer?  I also think they should be have all images approved by copyright as first step.
