We recommend doing a manual setup with Office365 (Outlook). 

Manual Setup

  1. Add a new account
  2. Type in your CNF email address
  3. Check the box for manual setup
  4. When prompted for a server type, select "IMAP".
  5. Use the configuration options below under "Manual Configuration" (you can shorten your username to the part before the '@'). 
  6. When configuring, do not select "Secure Password Authentication (SPA)".

For outlook (Desktop version on Windows) to auto configure itself, you must use the classic "Mail" email account setup. The new Modern style setup wizard only automatically works for Office365 accounts.

Automatic Setup (General instructions)

  1. Right click on the start menu
  2. Choose "Run"
  3. Type in "control.exe"
  4. In the control panel window, search for "Mail"
  5. Double click Mail
  6. Choose to add a new account, which will fire off the classic add a mail account wizard.
