Maureen Walsh is an Associate Professor and Head of Publishing and Repository Services at The Ohio State University Libraries where she has worked with Ohio State's institutional repository for the past twelve years. She has been actively involved in DuraSpace governance and is currently a member of the DSpace Steering Group and the Chair of the DSpace Community Advisory Team. Maureen is a strong and collaborative leader in the well-established repository and publishing activities at Ohio State. She is well connected in the repository community and also is grounded in long-standing and deep partnerships with units on the Ohio State campusAnne Langley has been in her position at Penn State since mid 2015. Before that, from 2010-2015, she was the Director of Scholarly Communications and head librarian, Science and Technology Libraries at Princeton University where she led implementation of the faculty created OA policy and oversaw the design and establishment of the Princeton institutional repository.  Before that she was the head of the chemistry library and coordinator of the science and engineering libraries at Duke University for more than eleven years. She has held leadership positions in the Coalition for Open Access Policy Institutions (COAPI), completing her post as past chair in 2016
