Ensure basic equipment and supplies are ready for new employee

All new regular full-time and part-time employees will make an appointment to go to the University Onboarding Center at East Hill Plaza. The following items will be completed at the appointment:- Activate netid if not already done

• Employment Eligibility (I-9) is verified
• Tax Forms will be completed in Workday
• Direct Deposit Form is completed in Workday
• Photo ID taken and given to employee
• Meet with a transportation representative and select options
• Meet with a benefits specialist to discuss benefits options
• Sign up for a Welcome to Cornell Sesion
