Whom we serveDesktop Services provides a variety of IT services for staff at the following unit libraries:

Click here Services ProvidedHelp DeskThe Desktop Services Help Desk provides front-line technical support for our supported staff. If you need assistance, please email us at <cul-dshelp-l> or call our central support line at 255-8530. Our goal is to provide quick responses to immediate desktop support needs. We are available from 8 AM to 5 PM Monday through Friday. Hardware SupportLibrary staff that are supported by Desktop Services are provided with a Dell desktop PC and LCD monitor. Microsoft Windows is the standard OS configuration and applications include an array of standard software tools including the Microsoft Office Suite. You will also have access to departmental shared printing services. |
