  1. From the Edit Class view of the course you wish to clone select Clone Class. this This will open the Clone Class window (figure 22.1).
  2. In section B , (figure 22.1), fill in all the relevant data for the new class you wish to create, making sure to select a valid semester.
  3. Section C (figure 22.1) lists all of the items are currently linked to the course you are copingcopying. By default, when a valid semester is selected, all items in this section will be selected to be copied. You may at this time unselect any item you do not want to be copied over to the new course.
  4. From the main menu bar click on Clone Class & Items. The system will copy the current class and all the selected items over to your newly created course, if selected, or copy the selected items over to an existing course..
