Britteny Junious, an undergraduate researcher at North Carolina A&T State University, studied the antimicrobial activity of grape seed extract against foodborne pathogens during. Her research was conducted in Dr. Salam Ibrahim's lab during the spring 2014 semester. She is planning to continue her research during this summer 2014 and attend IFT conference.
