A food safety workshop for middle and high school teachers was conducted by members of North Carolina A&T State University on April 1st at the Koury Convention Center in Greensboro, NC. The workshop included several presentations and a group discussion as part of the Career and Technical Education Program for the Family and Consumer Sciences Education.
