Q. Why can't I access the Bulletin of the Chemical Society of Japan from home? It works on campus.
A.Send any problems you have connecting to online journals to engranswers@cornell.edu. We'll investigate promptly. In this case, we needed to forward the title to our subscription manager so they could add it to a special file called the "proxy table." After that was done you can access the journal from off-campus. Most of our journals are already in the proxy table.
