Renewals

When you receive the renewal notice from CIT for a Sponsored NetID you have sponsored before, decide if you want to sponsor that person again.

• How soon before renewal expire does the notice get sent out?

If you want to sponsor that person again, simply send the Get renewal notice. If deciding to renew, send notice to Dept. Chair . if approved:with your request.

• If you have more than one to renew, please only send one notice but include all the renewing names.

If Dept. Chair approves, Chair forwards your Chair sends request to CRCF for processing.

CRCF works with CIT to process your request.
