Comment: Migrated to Confluence 4.0

Anti-spam filtering programs have a never ending battle to stop spam and phishing e-mails from reaching our Inbox.  The spammers are constantly changing their tactics and the anti-spam vendors such as Sophos (PureMesssage) are constantly updating their anti-spam fingerprints and defense tactics.  The positive thing is that with this new wave of spam messages, these messages are being marked (you should notice "PMX" “PMX” in the subject) but are being rated just under the reject level so they are still being forwarded to our Inboxes.
