Items Theresa needs in order to bill for GBS services

How would you interact with this stuff?  I can guess you might have a list of projects, maybe some with an indication that some work is ready to be billed.  in that case you select that project and you get a summary page with the following information:

Name of billing contact - automatically captured in the invoice that is created when user places an order. look up info via web service to present on billing dashboard in minilims

Email of billing contact- automatically captured in the invoice that is created when user places an order. look up info via web service to present on billing dashboard in minilims

Billing address (Accounts payable dept, etc)- automatically captured in the invoice that is created when user places an order. look up info via web service to present on billing dashboard in minilims

PI of project- automatically captured in the invoice that is created when user places an order. look up info via web service to present on billing dashboard in minilims

Project name- We have a project system built into our LIMS, but at least initially I think this is info captured and stored in minilims.

PO if there is one (for external customers)- automatically captured in the invoice that is created when user places an order (staff places PO on file to be able to actually execute the invoice, does not have to be in system before customer places order)

Account number for Cornell customers- automatically captured in the invoice that is created when user places an order

Number of samples to bill for- from minilims

96 or 384 plex- from minilims

Include project set-up fee, yes or no- from minilims

Things it would be nice to happen automatically:

Invoice number sent to/stored with project info- yes this will be gathered by minilims from our lims using an invoice number key stored in minilims

Project info updated when payment received (ie. when Brianne or Emily mark it as paid in the invoicing system)- we should be able to query the payment status via web service call from minilims to clc lims

Things that would be nice on the invoice template:

Cornell wire info- I'm not sure what this means? sounds like something that might be applicable to all cores.  please clarify

The IGD address instead of the Cores (people are sending our checks to Peter)- This is unlikely to change anytime soon.  The invoicing system was developed single tenant core facility organization. not sure why peter would get checks.  do we have incorrect remit address? front office (or cash management) should get them.

Possibility to choose a discount- I'm not sure what this means? please clarify
