Cornell will be delivering a 2 1/2 day workshop on food safety as part of the 4H Career Explorations http://nys4h.cce.cornell.edu/events/Pages/CareerEx.aspx conference at Cornell June 28-30. This program will be taught by food safety graduate students at Cornell and is targeted towards juniors and seniors in high school.
