Aim 2 Current Efforts:
Cornell will be delivering a 2 1/2 day workshop on food safety as part of the 4H convention at Cornell (Travis - insert dates). This program will be taught by food safety graduate stduenst at Cornell and is targeted towards juniors and seniors in high school. Materials will be posted here and can be requested from Travis Chapin at <tkc24@cornell.edu>.
