This is the home of the Food Safety Wiki.

The Food Safety Wiki aims to provide comprehensive information and resources about food safety with a focus on microbial food safety issues.

In the first stage of the development of this Food safety Wiki, our focus is on developing content that focuses on food safety education and educational opportunities from K-12 through undergraduate and graduate education through professional training opportunities.

The Food Safety Wiki Project is supported by a USDA NIFA funded grant entitled "A National Food Safety Education Program: building a multidisciplinary food safety training pipeline from K-12 to graduate school" (NIFA 2010-04502); the lead institution for this grant is Cornell University, collaborating institutions include Texas Tech University, Purdue University, North Carolina State University, Alabama A&M University, North Carolina A & T State University, and Texas Wesleyan University.
