  1. Move page_dump_rss_file.cfm to the customcf directory at the top of the commonspot site.
  2. Point browser (Use IE) at page_dump_rss_file.cfm. It writes an rss feed into the /upload directory and shows a link to it.Point browser (Use IE) at the rss feed. /upload/called page_dump_rss_file.xml
  3. Use the IE File > Save As.. to save this rss feed as a file on your disk.
