Our goal is to provide quick responses to immediate desktop support needs. We are available from 8 AM to 5 PM Monday through Friday. h4. *Hardware Support* Library staff that are supported by Desktop Services are provided with a Dell desktop PC and LCD monitor.&nbsp; Microsoft Windows is the standard OS configuration and applications include an array of standard software tools including the Microsoft Office Suite.&nbsp; You will also have access to departmental shared printing services.{expand}
