Technical details
Summer 2016, we discovered that any new Dells would not be able to run Windows XP. 3 contributing factors:
- Intel's 6th Gen processors (Skylake).
- Motherboard drivers on 2016 (and presumably newer) motherboards.
- Any SSD drive, instead of spinning disk (HDD).
