- 1. When opening the main template you will be prompted with a message box entitled Security Warning (figure 17.6). Click on the Enable Macros button to proceed.
- 2. Using the provided buttons select the template you would like to print. A macro will run in the background which will open the correct document for you.When the template is first opened you may be prompted with a dialog stating that opening the document will execute an SQL statement and insert data from your database (figure 17.7). If you are prompted with this dialog, select Yes.
- 3. Word will now open the document and print your template including data exported from Ares.
