General Changes
Prior to the change of the each fiscal year, the queries and date filters that support fiscal dashboards and automated reports must be changed.Go
- For Tableau Dashboards, go to the worksheet/Data Source/query to
...
- update the date range and/or fiscal year parameters that bring in data for the Tableau dashboard. Also check the worksheets for any filters that restrict or define dates and update them to include the new fiscal year.
- For automated reports that generate Excel downloads, go to the query that runs the automated report and update the date range and/or fiscal year parameters.
FBO Daily Reports (Daily Reconciliation) Dashboard - Specific Changes
Changes were made for FY2025 to these worsheets:
- DASH2 Vouchers- fixed dates on query for FY25
- DASH1 YTD transact fr yesterday – changed date to 2024-07-01 as start of FY25 in query
- DASH1 ytd transact from 2days back – changed date to 2024-07-01 as start of FY25 in query
FBO Vouchers Date Range - Specific Changes
Changes were made for FY2025 to these worsheets:
-several views in this dashboard use the DASH2 Folio Vouchers query, which must stay updated to use the start and end dates for the current fiscal year
-the YTD Transactions worksheet uses the ytd_transac_from_yesterday query, which must stay updated to use the payment start and end dates for the current fiscal year
-this dashboard also uses the previous_day_appr_vouchers query, but this query uses relative dates and does not need to be manually updated for each fiscal year
DASH2 Folio Vouchers Total Amount – uses the DASH2 Folio Vouchers query
DASH2 Sent to KFS graph – uses the DASH2 Folio Vouchers query
DASH2 Manuals graph – uses the DASH2 Folio Vouchers query, ok
DASH2 Vouchers Sent to KFS - uses the DASH2 Folio Vouchers query
DASH2 Vouchers Manuals – uses the DASH2 Folio Vouchers query
