The Food and Drug Administration (FDA), in conjunction with the National Science Teachers Association (NSTA), is offering annually offers a Professional Development Program in Food Safety for Middle and High School Educators in July 17-23, 2011.. The NSTA also provides online workshops through NSTA symposia covering emerging food safety and/or nutrition topics.
