Caution - If you are not careful when doing a search it is possible to affect multiple courses across the entire system. It is also possible to accidentally reactivate old items that are no longer on the shelf.
Purpose of this technique - The main reason for using this procedure is to move a large number of items from one queue to another. For instance if a course is accidently moved to the archive, all items on a course need to be activated, or when fixing the item type bug.
