The Clone Class menu option allows you to copy an entire class, or items from a class, into
an existing class or a newly created class, figure on the next page.
The Clone Class window is divided into three areas:
A: This panel displays the current class that is being copied ether in full or in part.
B: This panel contains two tabs, New Class which allows you to enter information for a new
class to be created in Ares and items copied into, or Existing Class which allows you
to search for and copy items into.
C: This panel displays a list of items, both print and electronic, currently linked to this class
which can be selected for cloning.
