Purpose
To provide a regular forum for all Cornell staff working on Kuali Coeus to share information, issues and concerns thereby improving awareness of all facets of the project on campus and building a cohesive working group. - Release 1.1.1 testing is proceeding, but currently facing system stability problems
- Design Critiques starting for Award and will be followed by IRB. Have sent invitations to campus community for awards and identified potential candidates for IRB
- Colorado Face-2-Face for Functional Council, Lead SMEs and spec writers
- Anticipate testing Face-2-Face for each group at the beginning of QA period
- Coeus Users Group next week - Andy, Kenton, Dan and Ray attending
- Graham Hall will be joining us starting next month
- Questionnaire spec is coming along slowly, but seems to be significant improvement over Coeus implementation
- Funding request for second phase of KC development is working its way through the university S-PAR and CF&PC process with anticipated approval before end of fiscal year

Discussed the KC pilot system that will be available shortly and ideas of how we can use it
Discussed current and pending project funding. Current SPAR funding will last through May 2009 (within budget for first two years of project). Funding request for 3 more years is being drafted. No funding for implementation has been requested at this time.

Bryan: Cornell KC Instance ready with loaded person data in the beginning if the year
Andy:
- Will write first draft of Pilot PIP together with Dan.Awards KFS interface working group to begin in Jan.
- A call has been made for SMEs for release 3 modules (IACUC, Negotiations, Sub Awards, Report Tracking).
- KC version 1.1.1 scheduled for delivery March 1
Tammy: Cornell Testing group is continuing to test regularly.
Chris: has taken on the role of Glossary editor.
Pam:
- Looking for Subaward, negotiations and report tracker SMEs from Cornell.
- Cornell is continuing to participate in P& B and Awards SME groups.
Ray:
- New IACUC BA coming up to speed, Roadmap has put more pressure on the group - Ray is happy with KC's contribution to IACUC.Questionnaire Spec
- Ray express some concern over the complexity and Spec is well under way mocks started, versioning and branching will be included.
Michele: Coeus IRB should be available in mid Jan.
Jeff: Ramping up for KFS project, Financia folks will start kicking the tires on the KC pilot.
