Molly Tschang founded Abella Consulting to help senior executives lead as
one cohesive unitis Founder and CEO of Abella Consulting, a New York-based
leadership development and business advisory consultancy that helps senior
management build powerful chemistry to lead together, committed to each
other’s success as much as their own.
As leadership coach and executive advisor, she helps leaders interact more
skillfully and gain self-awareness, team-awareness and understanding–guiding
management to deliver superior results: improved profitability, stronger
executive performance and empowered workforce. Tschang’s 25+ years of
experience includes senior roles at Cisco, . She created and hosts the “Say It Skillfully” video series on LinkedIn
and is a member of Marshall Goldsmith’s 100 Coaches initiative, selected
from among 12,000 applicants. Prior to Abella, Molly held executive leadership
positions at Cisco Systems and U.S. Filter, Deloitte and IBM. In
integrating 80+ acquisitions from startups to global corporate divisions, she
has coached executives to sustain excellence during significant transitions.
As management and consultant, Tschang has navigated diverse contexts and
people dynamics, from high growth M&A as vice president at U.S. Filter to
global NGO as executive director at NetHope, where she secured a $41M Microsoft
grant. Tschang is ORSC-certified (Organization & Relationship Systems
Coaching), and holds a B.S. in chemical engineering from Cornell University
and an MBA from UCLA.

and is a CornellTech guest lecturer on teams and leadership. An advocate of
social enterprise, Molly also served as the Executive Director for NetHope and
provides pro bono strategic advisory services to Community Solutions (homelessness)
and Three Dot Dash® (youth mentoring).
