Problem
You received an error message when uploading a file into FOLIO via Data Import.

- MARCEdit will provide you with an explanation of the potential issues with your records as well as a list of the affected records.
Other Notes/Recommendations
- If you do NOT get an error, but records from your file upload are not imported, check the ‘Inventory’ section in FOLIO. Sometimes records already exist, so you will not receive an error message. Be sure to use the records identifiers when searching for the item.
- If you see a message that says ‘No record’ the record may have been kicked out to deduplicate.
- If you are loading records with a vendor in the 980 $v it must match exactly or FOLIO will kick the record back.
- If you are still unable to identify the cause of the error please email bulkload@cornell.edu with a summary of the problem. Please be sure to include the file name.
