Ken Goldman is the former chief financial officer of Yahoo! and now president
of Hillspire, a family office. He was previously CFO of Fortinet. He also
served as senior vice president, finance and administration, and chief financial
officer of Siebel Systems, Inc., Excite@Home Corporation and Sybase, Inc.
He currently serves on the board of directors of NXP Semiconductor, Yahoo!
Japan, Trinet,
GoPro, Inc., SASB and several private companies. Goldman was a
member of
board of trustees of Cornell University from 2005 to 2013 and was designated
designated as emeritus trustee. He was formerly a member of the Treasury Advisory
Advisory Committee on the Auditing Profession and was appointed a member of
of the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board’s Standing Advisory
Group (“SAG”). Goldman holds a B.S. in electrical engineering from Cornell
University and an M.B.A. from the Harvard Business School.
