What do ChemIT staff do with their time? |
Not to be confused with incident tracking or project portfolio management tools. But nonetheless related to ChemIT's ticket tracking needs, required for our operational effectiveness.
See now:
Outcome
As of Sept. 2013, recording time of each of our Remedy tickets.
Result, noted 1/12/17: Remedy didn't work for us:
- Tmuch non-Remedy work
- Sucky UI
- Poor reporting
Time tracking
- CIT is using Unanet's web based timesheet. More info copied below.
- Michael S. uses "TimeMaster" on his iPhone. He recommends reading the manual. He finds the software addictive, which is a compelling recommendation. :-)
- I've been trying out "OfficeTime" on my iOS device. And a bit on my Mac at home for report generation.
- CU Marketing uses Toggl, per Jeri Wall. She loves it. (They had tried, but rejected, Open Air.)
