Our Help Desk is available Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm.If you have any questions or issues, please submit a ticket via our . For information about the department and to request assistance, please go to our CUL-IT Desktop Services Portal or, for emergencies only, call our central helpline at 607-255-8530 (library.cornell.edu/desktop).

Our goal is to provide quick responses to immediate desktop support needs. We are available from 8 AM to 5 PM Monday through Friday.
Hardware Support
Library staff that are supported by Desktop Services are provided with a computer and LCD monitor. Microsoft Windows is the standard OS configuration and applications include an array of standard software tools including the Microsoft Office Suite. You will also have access to departmental shared printing services.
