- Plan for half-day TSI Admin Team meeting on 5/30. We'll focus on TSI (rather than 2CUL as a whole) and develop a plan to reconceive the project, do damage control, and leverage the relationships we've built within 2CUL technical services during Phase I of the project. Jim will draft an agenda for the meeting and post it to the Admin Team in Basecamp.
- Next steps for TSI survey results. Xin and Jim reported on reactions to the survey results at the LTS Heads and LibExec meetings at Cornell. Kate reported on reactions at the Tech Services Librarians meeting at Columbia. At our Admin Team meeting on 5/30, we will settle on some immediate next steps for TSI to be announced along with the survey results to all 2CUL technical services staff.
