Jeff had some questions around Jump Client

  1. I’m having trouble understanding the nuances of pinning/unpinning,
  2. what we call it when the user has installed the one-off client and the TSP either double-clicks or clicks Accept to “start chatting.”
  3. Removing a customer vs. leaving a session
  4. Whether a non-pinned session can be turned into a pinned session, the user walks away, and the TSP continues to be able to do stuff (including stuff that would otherwise require user acceptance) without (1) ending the current session and (2) beginning a new, pinned session.
  5. AND once we get beyond that, I need clear instructions on what if anything to say about mass deployment and/or permanent deployment of the jump client.
  6. AND just to check my understanding, am I right in thinking that we are going to pretend that the Bomgar button does not exist?
