1. From the Edit Class view of the course from wich which you wish to copy reserves, select
Clone Class. This will open the "Clone Class" window (3.2).
2. In section A (223.12), click on the Existing Class tab and enter some search criteria in any
of the fields fields provided, for example PLPA 2010 in the Course Number Field.
3. Click on the Existing Course Search button located at the top of the window. The
system will return a list of classes that match your criteria in the table located in section
C, (223.12).
4. From the list of classes returned in section C (223.12), highlight the class into wich which you
wish the items to be copied.
5. Section D (223.12) , lists all of the items currently linked to the course you are copingcopying. By
default all items in this section will be selected. You may at this time unselect any item
you do not wish to be copied over to the other course.
6. From the main menu bar click on Clone Class & Items; the system will copy all of the
selected items over to your other course.
