As of May 23, 2016, the Cornell IT Help Desk has processes in place to support AWS users requesting server certificates through the AWS Certificate Manager (ACM). Public-facing documentation about this support is found at httphttps://www.it.cornell.edu/services/aws-cert/certificate.
