  • Code as of March Spring 2020, enter the Intota provider code here; if not in Intota, enter...the EBSCO vendor code in this field.  See this file, column C: https://cornell.app.box.com/file/661387980413.  If you can't find the EBSCO vendor code in this file, but you know that the vendor has been selected in EBSCO, then log into EBSCO admin, search for the vendor in EBSCO, and click on the name - the vendor code will appear in the url in your browser (ex - ProQuest: https://admin.ebscohost.com/adminweb/holdings/vendorDetail/22/details).  If the vendor does not appear in EBSCO at all then enter the  Intota provider code, which is listed in the Alias field.
  • Accounting Code as of March 2020, do not fill this out, as we haven't determined FOLIO accounting codes for CUL yet
  • Organization Status  choose from "active," "inactive," or "pending."  We haven't figured out what pending refers to as of March 2020; maybe accounting would need to use pending status?
  • Default Language we probably don't need to use this, unless the language is not English?
  • Vendor this should be checked for vendor/publisher?
  • Alternative names: Alias as of March 2020, one of the alias fields will be filled out with the Intota provider code; do we want to delete this, once we have moved it to the "code" field?
  • Additional Alias fields should be filled out if the organization is also known by an acronym or some other version of its name
