DVDs should be housed in an actual DVD container, available from the department supplies area. Do write the call number on the flyer, which should be securely attached to the piece, then put them on the Physical Processing truck. Annex containers -- DVDs going directly to the Annex do not need to be put in the larger black DVD cases if they arrive housed in a jewel case; if they arrive in a paper sleeve, it is also preferred the smaller jewel case be used. DVDs arriving in the manufacturer's case may remain in that case along with any inserts. Accompanying DVDs separated from their book(s) when routed to the Annex, those DVDs should also go in jewel cases.
