Scope: This procedure outlines the creation and editing of records in CUL Registry of Digital Collections (RDC) as well as the general data maintenance schedule. General information about the Registry is available on the About the Registry page. For a complete list of data elements go to CUL Registry of Digital Collections Data Dictionary. CREATE and EDIT functions are only available to Cataloging and Metadata Services (CMS) staff, based on Kerberos login authorization.
