The website and database are essential on the machine tcap.pw.usda.gov (http://triticeaetoolbox.org/
). This machine is located at the USDA offices in Albany, CA.
During a government shutdown I will need to
1. Verify that we have a recent copy of the website code and database at an off site computer.
2. Load a new website with the latest backup and verify that it is working correctly.
3. Notify Dave Matthews to change the DNS record for the website to point to the new location
4. After the machine has been setup it will require only minimal attention. (monitoring email and daily check logs).
