Biography
I was born and raised in Lansing, NY which is very close to Cornell. Once I graduated high school I moved to Rochester, NY to attend and play football for SUNY Brockport. I received my BS in physics with a minor in mathematics in the spring of 2003. That same summer I married my wife Rachel and we planned to settle in Rochester for the foreseeable future. One of my professors worked as a contractor developing manufacturing technologies for the Xerox Corporation and I was set to begin working with him that summer, but in the late spring Xerox entered what would become a yearlong hiring freeze.
