Have you gone to the Virtual IT office yet?
Office hours are every other Wednesday from noon to 1pm using Adobe Connect. Nothing special is needed to attend and it's open to all CCE staff. Just click on this link http://breeze.cce.cornell.edu/cceitvirtualoffice/ and log in (If you don't have a Connect account, just enter in as a guest). You can stay the whole time or just come in to ask your question and go. (To jumpstart each session, there is a 15 presentation about a different topic.)
