The bill is based on an algorithm which the Chemistry Computing Committee is reviewing. We appreciate your patience while we continue to utilize the existing charging algorithm.

What is the billing process?

Until there are significant changes (either within units or with the algorithm), we will continue repeating each month's billing (with few or no changes), thus avoiding the extra work of requiring each group to update their data monthly. When there are significant changes, we will then "true" up for on that month.

What if something changes in my bill- how will I know?
