With the centralization of IT services, there has been some confusion as to where to get support for various servers, software, and licenses.   The original transition plan is attached here: ECE Computing Transition.pdf.   There were some subsequent modifications:

You can get support for the following systems by sending email to robert@ece.cornell.edu, rlb32@cornell.edu, robert.beaver@cornell.edu or researchhelp@ece.cornell.edu (They all go to the same place, my Cornell email account.)
