The first place to start in reporting the problem is to post a message to cul_reserve@cornell.edu with a clear description of the problem. (Alternately, a message could go to circadmin-l@cornell.edu but for consistency please make sure cul_reserve gets the message).
Assuming the problem isn't resolved by others on the list, one or more of theCUL the CUL Reserves contacts who are subscribed to the list:
