Column | We conduct market research for CIT's product/service owners so they can better understand the wants and needs of the campus community as they develop new services or redefine existing ones. Our market research services fall into three areas: surveys, focus groups, and secondary research and analysis. We consult with clients to understand their objectives - - what questions do they have? what problems are they trying to solve? - - and then we recommend the best market research tool.
