This is the home of the CIS Undergraduate Computing Lab (UGCL) space.
The UGCL serves as teaching resource for the Computing and Information Science department. It is available to Computer/Information Science majors and undergraduate students who are enrolled in upper-level Computer Science courses.

Gates Hall - Room G33
The lab is normally open 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
IT Support
UGCL IT support is provided by College of Engineering / Computing and Information Science IT Service Group (COE/CIS ITSG). IT support is available during normal working hours, Monday through Friday. Submit an IT ticket here: https://help.coecis.cornell.edu
Door Access
UGCL door access is enabled by COE/CIS Facilities.
Notes
Occasionally some areas in the lab will be reserved for course instructions, grading sessions, or programming contest. This is usually posted on the lab door in advance. When necessary, COE/CIS ITSG reserves the right to take down any of the labs for system maintenance.
